Large king first floor bedroom suite newly renovated main bath with walk in shower and dressing area. Main 1st floor bedroom has access to the deck overlooking views of the lagoon and 2nd hole of the Trent Jones Golf Course. 2 additional upstairs bedroom with shared full sized Jack & Jill bath. One bedroom with queen sized bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 double beds. Fully renovated cook's kitchen with full sized appliances including a washer and dryer. Kitchen is open to dining room and living room with a wall of sliding doors out to the beautiful deck. Full sized deck overlooking lagoon with large gas grill and ample seating. All new linen, mattresses, beach towels. Everything you need for a relaxing "Home Away From Home" Owner discretion dog friendly. DOGS ONLY OWNER DISCRETION/LIMIT 2/ NO CATS.

Close down outdoor umbrella after use and during stormy weather. Stack and cover chairs prior to check out of during stormy weather. 3 available adult bikes are stored off the deck covered with tarp
Notify Nadine Cavanaugh (847-420-4911) directly about any problems, damages, missing or damaged interior or exterior property and any cleaning issues ASAP.. ABSOLUTLY NO SMOKING OR VAPING. NO CATS
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Security deposit will be refunded unless there is a need for additional cleaning, any damage to property, missing interior/exterior items, pet stains
Absolutely no smoking! Any evidence of smoking and security deposit will be relinquished. Guests will be responsible for parking violations/tickets

Excellent location, plenty of parking, amenities provided, quality finishes throughout the home. A private setting, no noise, peaceful and pristine. Grassy back lawn with pond and golf course views, beautiful trees. The owner was very easy to contact and responsive to our questions. This proved to be a very pleasant experience when staying in the area for a nearby wedding, we highly recommend the 3 BR, 2.5 BA home! Thank you for a lovely visit.

The home was absolutely beautiful and very well stocked! Nadine was very personable and informative. We cooked a lot this trip and didn’t want for anything. Everything was there!!!! Loved the area too. Very quiet. The pool was a great addition and was just around the corner from the parking lot. It was nice to be able to bring our dog. She too had everything she needed right in the home! I highly recommend!

Loved this place! Beautiful, clean, convenient, and comfy! The patio is so peaceful. Nadine was very prompt and kind at responding to any questions. Everything from the beds, roominess, decor, bikes, beach gear, kitchen appliances, communication, view, location, etc etc, was perfect! Would definitely return!

The location was perfect, situated right within the Palmetto Dunes community. The condo was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, even a cheese slicer for putting together a late-afternoon charcuterie board after a day at the beach! Although we chose to leave our pups at home this trip, I loved that the home was dog-friendly. You would never have known that dogs had stayed there, as the home was exceptionally clean and well-maintained.I’m not sure if this happens every August, but I definitely recommend bringing a bottle of vinegar to the beach. The jellyfish were out of control! Thankfully, we didn’t let them ruin our vacation and still had an amazing time.

This was a very nice place. It was decorated nicely and had all the essentials you would need plus more— beach chairs and umbrella were provided and so were three bikes. My husband and son used these to ride to the pickleball courts each day. The back yard was private and that was very nice when taking our fur baby out. We had an issue with the A/C upon arrival but Nadine was very quick to remedy the situation. Nadine is a very attentive host and wants to ensure you enjoy your stay. We did! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This place was everything and more. Nadine was amazing and so easy to work with and helpful when we needed her for even the smallest things. The pictures do not do it justice. This home is beautiful and has every single amend a family could possibly want. One of our best vacations ever.

This was the best stay we have had on a HHI property, of many years traveling here. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is more than welcoming, clean, and beautiful! Beautiful furniture, everything was more than stocked. Everything you need. This helps not to have to pack and bring so many extras for your trip. The back porch was our favorite! Beautiful view!!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our Hilton Head stay. The space was generous and had lots of room to spread out with plenty of comfy chairs, outdoor seating/patio and plenty of room for my teen/young adults to have some independent space. For us the bikes they had to use as well as beach accessories were super helpful and useful. They had everything you need for cooking on site when you are tired of eating out or looking for dinner. Location was great and owner was very communicative. Grocery store super close, beach .5mile walk or bike ride. We took the bikes and it was perfect. Thanks so much! We really appreciate having a rental that allowed us to bring our dogs. That was the best part.

Hands down, one of the best stays EVER! The villa was beautiful (very clean and neat)! Not only were the hosts readily available for any questions/concerns, they have literally planned for anything you would need (from dog kennels and bikes to beach supplies)!
