The space
This 1500 square-foot villa has two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. The top floor has a spacious and bright living space with a kitchen, lounge area, and dining room. Oversized sliding glass doors flow into a large balcony and covered terrace. Including your own private pool perfect for outdoor entertaining and wildlife viewing, with frequent sightings of toucans, sloths, Scarlett macaws, and a variety of other birds and yes, monkeys. As you head downstairs to the first floor, you’ll find a bonus room, the laundry room and two bedrooms. Each bedroom includes an ocean and jungle view, a private bathroom and covered balconies.
Guest access
Welcome to one of the most secure neighborhoods in Costa Rica. Only guests will be allowed into the neighborhood, which is guarded by a security guard at the entrance 24/7. Once inside the neighborhood, you’ll have your own little piece of paradise with your own private pool and parking. Can’t wait to have you visit!!
