Located on the 1st floor, Sugar Beach 120 provides easy access to the Gulf, allowing you to enjoy the pools or the beach just steps away. This updated condo features granite countertops and tile floors. Inside, you'll find a spacious living area with a king bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep after a long day of enjoying the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Whether it's a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner after a day at the beach, this kitchen has all the essentials. Additionally, the condo features a full-sized washer and dryer, allowing you to conveniently keep your beachwear clean and fresh throughout your vacation. Each reservation includes one parking pass good for the duration of your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailers can be parked at Sugar Beach.
