Fantastic Location
This was our first stay in Adelaide and the host, Julie, made us feel very welcome including unexpected gifts for the entire family upon arrival. The accommodation was clean, well presented and comfortable. The location was easy walking distance to the city, Adelaide Oval, aquatic centre, cinema and all the restaurants, cafes and pubs on O’Connell St. Thank you Julie for making our stay a memorable one.

The property is as described and shown in photos. Internet connectivity was very good, as was mobile phone coverage.
Excellent location; close to shops and restaurants, and within walking distance to Adelaide Oval, Botanic Park and Gardens, and CBD. There are electric scooters (Beam and Neuron) everywhere, so it's easy to get around on foot; no need for a car.
Julie is extremely accommodating.
Would gladly choose the property again next time in Adelaide.

The property is in a generally quiet street in North Adelaide and is clean, well maintained and well equipped, and comes with off street parking. All dealings with the host were responded to quickly and helpfully. It is very close to a range of restaurants shops and a couple of supermarkets, and although there are public transport options, it is possible to walk into the city in about 20-25 minutes which can take you through some delightful parks.
For me the only downside is the fact it is under the main flight path either into or out of the airport and the planes are low enough to have there wheels out!
We enjoyed our stay, and the apartment is comfortable and ideally located in beautiful North Adelaide with many facilities and attractions on the doorstep or within easy walking distance or via the free bus service. We really appreciated the personal touches such as meeting Julie soon after arrival, the colourful Christmas tree with lights and the thoughtful gifts of local produce. Also we were very pleased and relieved at the prompt attention to removing the TV unit’s door that had shattered unexpectedly. Some other issues have since been discussed and resolved with Julie.

Not enough toilet paper, bedrooms need a full length mirror, there was no mop, needed to be a chucks for the kitchen, face of cupboards were dirty. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were very comfortable. Would definitely come again. Julie was a delight to meet and very helpful.

Tynte street is just a perfect location and this property was even more perfect! We had 5 adults, we were not on top of each other with plenty of lounge space and 2 bathrooms just added to the easiness of it all. Our group of 5 friends stayed for 3 nights at this townhouse. It was very spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The area is great being walking distance to the city and all the restaurants and shops of North Adelaide. The property was very clean and well presented.

Comfortable Apartment and convenient location
We enjoyed our family time staying at this apartment. It is in a great central location close to all amenities. Julie, our host, was very helpful in accommodating our family and ensuring that she was on call for any extra information or queries that we had at anytime. We stayed with four adults and our little grandchild and found the layout of the apartment worked well. It was comfortable, spacious and had all the appliances and comfort of home.
