Beautiful home and close location near the Fairbanks Airport. The Host maintained quick and detailed communication and was always polite and helpful. All bathrooms updated and very nice, clean; note that downstairs full bath is within the Laundry room area. Beds are very comfortable, good pillows! We loved our stay and would return to this home and recommend. Thank you Brittany!

When we arrived, the property was still occupied by previous renters; luckily they were not at the property. We contacted the host who was unaware but later learned their co-agent had extended a previous stay conflicting with our stay. Our host was somewhat helpful in refunding our rate, however this left us without accommodations after a full day of travel. The next best options was 3 rooms in a nearby hotel with a much higher cost. Definitely a scary and poor experience. Gave 2 stars because the host was prompt in responding and refunding the rate, however the overall experience was not ideal. Coordination amongst co-hosts should be better coordinated to avoid this situation in the future.

Matthew, thank you for the review and I again apologize on the miscommunication on a late checkout to the previous guests granted by the cohost that overlooked the schedule and an early checkout to your stay that caused for an overlap... I hope your trip was still enjoyable!
