Welcome to your stylish Austin home! Perfect for short or long term stays, the apartment has a classic design, with curated retro decor and thoughtful touches. Whether you're attending meetings at the Capitol, working from home, visiting UT Austin, or hitting the music scene, this centrally located space offers comfort and convenience.
Licensed by the city of Austin as a short term rental, the renovated space includes everything you need for up to 4 guests. There is a primary King bedroom with TV that sleeps 2 comfortably. Additional guests can opt for the loft space with a daybed and/or the sleeper sofa in the living room. For guests working remote, there are 2 separate workstations. The bathroom, with walk-in shower, has a convenient Jack and Jill setup between the master bedroom and loft space.
