Very private with private entrance completely removed from the main house and located on a two-acre parcel, This one-bedroom with living room and kitchenette offers all the comforts of home and more! Just a short 3-minute drive to the beach or 5 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara where you will find many points of interest. The expansive deck offers a comfortable place to relax and take in the incredible view and fresh smell of the Pacific Ocean, along with a good book and glass of wine. We think you will agree you will find this charming hideaway to be even better than you imagine, yet affordable!
