Came to Fredericksburg for a bachelorette party and the karaoke room & pool had us booked! The rooms accommodated for 9 ladies plus plenty of space to get ready and hangout.

Super cute property. The house had everything we needed and more. Seriously, they left no stones unturned. The yard is fully secure and safe for dogs, and provided great privacy for hanging out in the pool. Our pup is already missing the generous yard.

If you’re looking for a property that is clean, spacious and has everything you could possibly need during your stay in Fredericksburg, this is the perfect place! Great for families or large group of friends. Location of property is super close to Main Street in a very quiet neighborhood. I will definitely be booking this property again when visiting Fredericksburg.

This is a super cute, well decorated, clean house with great amenities. It’s just as nice as the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay. Our kids loved the hot tub, games, and bunk bed. We enjoyed the kitchen and the outdoor space. We’d definitely consider it the next time we’re in Fredricksburg.

The host was great! Communication was quick and informative. We had so much fun singing karaoke from age 3 to 82! This was a nice quiet neighborhood but convenient to town. The host left a gift for us on arrival. The host thought of everything we took our puppies and they enjoyed themselves as well bowls and treats already available.

This place was super cute! We loved the whole vibe and set up, it's so perfect for a girls get away trip! The host was amazing, very quick in responding when needed. Overall a wonderful place and experience. Would definitely recommend and would book again in the future.
