This was the perfect getaway for our family for spring break. Great location (walking distance to beach, walking distance to park and quick to get to the store / restaurants). The outdoor seating area and pool were a hit, this is where our family spent most of the time!Any questions we had for the property management team were answered quickly! Would definitely come back again!

Great location, amazing outdoor space. The large family/dining room allowed for fun game nights and large meals. Loved the decorating in this house, each room has so much to enjoy.

Comfortable Home, Great Pool, Easy Walk to the Beach

Very comfortable house with plenty of room. The pool and pool area are spacious, and you can choose to be in the shade or the sun.

Big fun at New Smyrna

Had enjoyable week pristine home well appointed. Pool was amazing! We had time to ourselves and one day with all the family for a short visit so the porch and pool were perfect

We loved this house!

Of more than a dozen rental house stays we’ve had in the past this is in the top two or three houses we’ve ever found. Spacious beautifully decorated romantic getaway casa nova was all we could’ve asked for. Pool was great perfect for a break after the beach or a long day running around.

The pool and outside area is the highlight of this home. We had 2 toddlers with us so the design of this pool was amazing. The house is spacious and worked well for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. A couple of suggestions: replace the lounge chairs by the pool and fix the lock on the patio door as it was difficult to get it to work.

Amazing

The property was amazing. It was clean, easy to get to. The mattresses were a little bit uncomfortable, but manageable. The house had all the amenities you would need. I would only suggest a bigger coffee pot.

We loved the location and the size of the home, and it had plenty of space for our family. The kitchen was well stocked, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the property upon arrival. The toilets had not been cleaned, and there was a very strong mildew smell throughout the home. After investigating, I found the hallway bathroom shower curtain was covered in pink and brown mildew. I washed it myself, and thankfully that eliminated the odor.We also noticed that the floors had not been properly cleaned. Under the couch in the main living room, there was a significant amount of dust, food crumbs, and broken crayons. Outside, there were two dirty towels left on the ground when we arrived.There were also a few maintenance and safety concerns. Two bedroom windows were unlocked, and the back bedroom window was actually cracked open when we arrived. The dryer appears to have an issue, as it is extremely loud and noisy during use.In the kitchen, some of the utensils in the drawers still had dried food on them. Lastly, we were disappointed by the grill. The listing simply mentioned a grill, but it was only a very small tabletop model (approximately 5x5), which wasn’t practical for preparing meals for a family.Overall, while the home’s location and layout were excellent, the lack of cleanliness, attention to detail, and maintenance issues took away from that. We hope this feedback is received.

This was a great property. The backyard pool area was fantastic. There was plenty of room inside and outside for my family of six. We loved the location short walk to the beach and close to all the New Smyrna Beach amenities.
