Beautiful property with numerous facilities, the large jacuzzi pool was a big highlight! Very clean, not far from Sydney, close to the main road but far enough to feel remote!

Great place

The property was lovely, the fact we could have the dogs makes it so much better with gorgeous big garden. Kids loved tennis court and spa. Kept them entertained all day .. would definitely come back

We went there for a tennis retreat between mates and honnestly what a weekend! The house is beautiful and has absolutely everything you need. Clean, well equipped and spatious. Amber-jaye is very responsive and is clearly very good at hosting, 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing Property

This property is the perfect place to relax! There were so many items included, a well stocked pantry, toiletries and sporting equipment. A great place to unwind and enjoy family time.

Quiet and secluded

Beautiful secluded property with lovely gardens. Older style home, beautifully furnished and very clean. House manual was very well done and explains everything. Our family loved taking our dogs with us. The dogs loved the place.

Fantastic

Wonderful stay where active teenagers don't get bored. Then lots of space inside to chill and rest legs at night..Definitely recommend! Wonderful accommodating owner with great communication. It was our second time staying and we will be back.

Stunning, well-appointed property with loads of activities

Bellaview Park is a beautiful property in a gorgeous rural setting and with all the luxury amenities to take a country stay to the next level. Clean, generously provisioned, gorgeously furnished. We had a rain bomb during our stay but it didn’t matter one bit - the pool and games room kept everyone amused and the fire kept everyone cosy. Amber is a fabulous host, attentive and supportive and a pro-active communicator. Will be back definitely.

Recharge your body, mind and soul

Overall, the house was very clean and well maintained with stylish and comfortable furniture and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances well maintained. The beds were great, no aching backs in the morning. The bathrooms were very clean. The kids loved the games room, pool, tennis court and outdoor fire pit with complimentary marshmallows. Loved the large verandah overlooking a sea of green which was a great for yoga. We had to call the host to unlock the pool spa and she was very responsive and helpful. Tranquil and private surrounds, yet less than half an hours' drive to Berry and beaches. A wonderful week in a private oasis to recharge your body, mind and soul.

Bellaview is simply divine! Although we had torrential rain for the majority of our stay, we still managed to make the most of this gorgeous property. We squeezed in a quick tennis match during a rain break, enjoyed a swim in the spa while it drizzled, and the absolute highlight was coming back inside to the warmth of the fireplace. I hope I get to stay here again one day to enjopy the firepit area - it looks like such a vibe!I’m already dreaming of coming back for a book club reading retreat - it’s the perfect spot for a truly “switched off” escape.The drive in was breathtaking, and the property handled copious amounts of rain with no issues at all - if anything, it just bloomed even more beautifully. The lovely host, Amber-Jaye, was extremely helpful and informative. She truly went above and beyond to assist me with a payment issue on my end, and I’m so grateful that she was attentive enough to follow up and make sure everything was sorted. Her care and kindness made our stay even more wonderful.Until next time Bellaview!

A special place

We booked this for a little R&R the property is immaculate and such attention to detail to the styling of the property. It has the warmest homely feel and the moment you step inside you know there is something special about this place as we felt peace and tranquillity. The beds were comfortable, the linen was beautiful for a great nights sleep. The tennis court was a hit and we were fortunate to have good weather. The swim spa, we did not think we would use being winter but absolutely you can and we did. On a cold night and the swim spa was beautifully warm. The little reading corner, the comfortable outdoor furniture, the pod machine with a generous portion of pods and the little extras all just made it special. Amber was absolutely wonderful to deal with and very attentive. Thank you so much again for your beautiful home.

Amazing place

This place has everything you may need, heated pool, BBQ, game room, etc.. Location is perfect, it is secluded and quiet. We stayed in a group with 2 kids and all of us had so much fun. We highly recommend it. Owners are very well organised. We received perfect set of instructions prior to the arrival. It included even the local coffee shops, etc. Also, it was very easy to communicate and ask questions when we were at the property. We are definitely going to visit again. Fantastic getaway - something for everyone

This gorgeous property was styled beautifully and had so much thought put into making an easy relaxing (or active) seamless stay. Would suit many, families, couples, group, something on offer for everyone. There were so many activities, my 3 sons ages 10-17 were never bored and barely looked for technology. With the tennis court the popular choice by day moving to the swim spa for evening and onto a game of pool, ping pong and arcade games for the night. The lawns are so spacious a game of soccer was made easy. The beautiful gardens hid many a little surprise or bench to sit in the sun with a coffee and enjoy the peace and views. The kitchen was so well equip with all the little extras thought of to make our stay so easy. Little details like Marshmallows for the fire pit and having the indoor wood fire stacked and ready to go, made for an easy weekend away, everything has been thought of. Lazing on the long verandah soaking in the sun with a cuppa was my favourite spot to be. The host was great to communicate with and clearly put a lot of time, thought and care into their property. With Berry, Kangaroo valley and the beach only a short drive away this property offered the best of it all. Definitely recommend this property, Thanks for having us stay.

Gorgeous home!

Our stay at Bellaview Park was so lovely! You can tell that Amber-jaye has thought of everything to make the stay so much fun! The kitchen was thoroughly stocked so cooking was a dream for 8 adults was a dream. The activities on the property were endless and there were so many lovely spots for you to explore and chill. Would highly recommend staying if you have a group that loves to stay active/occupied. The only negative thing I could think of is that we were silly to think two nights were enough! Looking forward to organising another weekend here.

Fabulous!!!

We had a fabulous time at Bellaview Park. The house was great it had everything and more. Our host Amber-jaye was very friendly and helpful. It was our first family break together in over 2 years and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We hopefully will make it back there again soon.

Perfect family getaway!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in Bellaview Park. It was perfect for two families of 4 with so much to do just on the property. We enjoyed the tennis court, the pool/spa and the games room. It has a lovely feel and you instantly relax! It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with basics such as tea which really took the pressure off! We will definitely be going again! Thank you Amber-jaye!

Perfect family holiday

Amazing property, beautiful location and well appointed. Thoughtful touches throughout. The property provided plenty of activities in any weather, which is great for teenagers.
