Welcome to our 3rd floor, two-level beachfront villa with amazing ocean views, stylish and comfortable furnishings, and fabulous amenities onsite.
As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a chic, open-plan concept with a direct ocean view. Our beach getaway space features a sleek and fully equipped kitchen with quality stainless steel appliances and extras like a coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster. Kitchen is fully equipped for those who love to cook while on your fun getaway. There’s a convenient breakfast bar with 4 bar stools for a quick snack, coffee, or to work on your laptop if needed.
When you want a more relaxing sit-down meal, there’s the dining area, where you’ll find a table for 10 with an ocean view! The living room area features a plush sofa facing a flatscreen Smart TV with cable for those moments at home with your favorite shows or a movie together after a fun day of seaside adventure.
When it’s time to rest and retire for the night, there are three bedrooms with luxury bedding, Smart TVs and cable! The 2 bedrooms on the main floor both include two queen-sized beds and full ensuite bathrooms. Upstairs in the loft you’ll find the lovely master bedroom, which has its own private sea view balcony with seating. Nothing like waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves and an ocean breeze!

Please take a moment to read ALL the following instructions carefully before arrival.
Prior to ARRIVAL: You will have received a document requesting guest information including names, ages and vehicle information for all guests. This is to be completed and returned 7 days prior to arrival.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is 4:00 p.m. Early Check in may be allowed WITH PRIOR APPROVAL and agreed upon rate. Upon arrival, you will check in at the front Security House and will be given a Parking Pass to be displayed in your vehicle at all time.
CODES for ENTRANCE ACCESS: Unit front door code will be shared in a text from SBG via text on day of arrival. Front Condo Door can be opened by pressing the 4-digit door code, when code has been successfully entered and you will hear the door unlock. You may lock when leaving by touching the “KEY` logo at the top of the screen, you will hear the door lock.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m. Upon departing the unit, please turn the AC back to 76 degrees, fan on auto, turn lights off throughout, disposing any trash in the dumpster. Please rinse all dishes, leaving them in the sink, stripping all used beds and placing used linens on the floor.
CANCELLATIONS: Casa Blanca on the Beach has specific cancellation policies - please see that within YOUR reservation. Inclement weather will not be considered a valid reason for refund. Property owner strongly recommends that all renters acquire adequate vacation cancellation insurance prior to signing any rental agreement.
GUESTS: Your reservation is for a family or occupants 25 years and older and will be confirmed for the number of quests listed. The guests are subject to immediate eviction without benefit of any refunds of rental fees if more guests than listed are present on the property. Invitation of non-resident guests is strictly prohibited. Owner, or his/her representatives, may enter the property at any time, without notice, for the purposes of protection, emergencies, and/or maintenance of the property.
PETS: Pets are NOT allowed for renters at Casa Blanca on the Beach.
AIR CONDITIONER: It is of extreme importance that you remember to keep the ALL exterior doors closed at all times. Exposing the home interior to our salty humid environment can lead to issues and will cause the HVAC system to work overtime. This stress on the system can cause it to freeze up, malfunction or stop functioning all together, leaving you without service.
SMOKING & VAPING: Casa Blanca on the Beach is a NON-SMOKING & NON-VAPING property. Upon check out, if smoke or Vape smells are detected inside the condo, additional fees (up to $750 will be charged)
ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES: Any guests engaging in or arrested for any illegal activity will be subject to immediate eviction without benefit of any refund of rental fees.
QUIET TIMES: As a courtesy to your neighbors, please minimize loud conversations, music, and general noise especially after 10 PM. If you experience a problem with noisy neighbors or nearby parties, please call the SPI Police Department at the non-emergency phone.
BREAKAGES: We understand accidents happen. Should anything get broken, let us know immediately – we would like to agree on the cost with you as to avoid any future issues.
BBQ: Charcoal Grill are NOT allowed anywhere on the property. Only gas & electric grills allowed in Designated Areas. The resorts grilling area is the Palenque Area (which is found next to the tower pool) Please visit the office for rental of grills, all rental fees must be paid before grills are reserved. Please do not remove or exchange labels. While visiting the Palenque are, please do not rearrange or remove furniture in the area. Disregarding this rule will result in immediate eviction and the loss of your rent.
PARKING: Parking permits will be issued once policies are signed. Renters will be issued 2 parking passes upon arrival. Each car must have a pass visible inside the vehicle, preferably on the dash or the rearview mirror. Additional parking permits can be issued ONLY if authorized by the ONSITE MGMT at a Fee of $75 plus tax per vehicle. Hitch trailers are allowed on property at a fee of $100 plus tax for the duration of your stay and must fit in ONE parking space, and be parked in designated areas only. RV`s or motor homes are not allowed on the property. Owner is not responsible for any fees associated with towing or disablement of any vehicles owned or operated by guests on the property.
POOL: Please observe ALL pool rules displayed by pool. NO GLASS CONTAINERS, or food are allowed in the pools or hot tubs. Pool hours are 8am-11pm. No lifeguard is on duty and children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Proper swim attire must be used in pool/hottub area (including swim diapers).
COMMON AREA: No fires, fireworks or firearms or use of roller blades, skates, skateboards or bicycles are allowed. Do not prop or force open elevator doors. All garbage/trash is to be placed INSIDE plastic bags, securely closed, and put inside the dumpsters. Garbage is not to be left in hallways, walkways or common areas.
BEACH SUPPLIES: Guests are required to remove all sand and dirt from any toys taken to the beach prior to bringing them inside the unit.
EXCESSIVE CLEANING: Excessive cleaning fees will be charged to the renter when the property is left in an extremely dirty condition. This includes leaving sand on items taken to the beach, spills/stains on bedding, furniture or rugs. The decision to charge this fee is at the total discretion of the Owner.
FURNISHINGS: An inventory of furnishings, décor, kitchen utensils, linens, towels and miscellaneous items is kept current by Owner. Guests are responsible for any missing inventory.
CABLE TV ON DEMAND PROGRAMMING: Ordering Movies on Demand or Pay-Per-View events is strictly prohibited.
LOST OR STOLEN: Owner does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen articles of Guests.
OTHER RULES: Please leave the condo tidy, and do NOT throw anything from the balcony. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on the railings or feed seagulls from the balconies. Please return furniture and objects to their original places and inform us of ANY issues you may have as soon as possible so we can help. Violating these rules can result in a fine up to $500.
