Black Rock Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was quiet and comfortable, and oh.. the mountain view! Nice neighbors, great hot tub, close to pickleball, hiking, biking. Highly recommended.

Convenient location

We thoroughly enjoyed our two months stay at Black Rock. The Condo is clean,well maintained and has a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Everything about the decription was correct and exceeded our expectations. We plan to return next year.

Condo with a view

We stayed at the condo January 1st through March 31st. Everything was as promised. When we contacted Steve or Connie, our needs were taken care of right away. The condo was just as listed. Location, view of mountain from patio and quietness of the place were perfect. We will definitely be back hopefully next year if all goes well.

Wonderful Stay

The view out the back is absolutely stunning. My partner and I spent many mornings and evenings just sitting on the patio looking out to the mountains. The condo is the most well-stocked from a host I've ever seen. We stayed for 3 months and I barely unpacked any kitchen/cleaning/organization items. Connie and George were friendly and checked in on us periodically. The area is close to everything. We would have stayed longer had it not been booked beforehand. 10/10 highly recommend.

Beautiful place to stay

Steve and Connie were wonderful to work with. Very responsive and available at all hours. Their condo is generously stocked with kitchen ware, soaps, linens, anything you might need. The home is clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The view from the back patio is beautiful-- lava rocks and the greens from the golf course, with the mountains in the distance. Our boys loved playing out on our little stretch of yard. There were half a dozen little chipmunks who always came out to see us. Other wildlife to watch included squirrels, quail, lizards, and other birds. The community pool was fun to play in. It was never crowded. Sometimes we had the pool to ourselves. Overall, we had a great stay. We loved our time there. It was hard to leave and we will miss it very much.

Blackrock Beauty

This condo was the perfect setting for early morning coffee on the patio, before golfing or hiking. The view was amazing, lava rock to red mountains and further to Pine Mtn. We also enjoyed watching the play on the eighth hole of the Blackrock course. The condo was so well stocked. We put our suitcases down, did some shopping at nearby markets and started our month long vacation. We would definitely return for another stay and highly recommend it to others.

Marvelous home

I had a marvelous, two month stay at Steve and Connie's condo. It was clean and expertly equipped, and exactly as pictured. The spectacular sunrises and sunsets were a treat to wake up to and wind down to every day. Steve was very responsive via text throughout my stay and very welcoming. Hands down the best vacation rental I've experienced. Thanks again.

Great time in St. George

Great Condo

My wife and I spent one month here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The unit is very nice and very quiet. It is in a great location to enjoy all of the area amenities and shopping is close by. It has a great view out to the golf course and the red hills with the mountains behind. It is very well stocked and equipped with anything that you might need for cooking and comfort. There is a gas grill on the lanai that is convienent. We enjoyed this unit recommend it.

Excellent...home away from home!

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful Black Rock Condo in beautiful St. George while our home was being completed. The condo included everything we needed, fully furnished and ready for us live and not worry about anything. Clean, fresh, spacious with a wonderful view of Snow Canyon. I highly recommend this spot to anyone needing to get a way for a bit or looking for a pleasant place to stay.

We fully enjoyed our one month stay at your beautiful home. We had everything imaginable to make our stay comfortable. The location is very nice with splendid views of the red rock hills and the black lava rock providing a picturesque panorama. I have stayed at several rented condos and never experienced the extent of amenities you provided, right down to a pantry full of spices and other niceties. We only used two of the three bedrooms but we three agreed the bedroom comforts were top drawer with everything a traveler needs. The closeness to all the wonderful sights in this area is a real plus. Don't know if I will get back next year but if I do I will definitely contact you regarding availability!

wonderful family getaway

My husband and boys, ages 13 and 15 stayed in this beautiful condo from July 20 to August 17. This 3 bedroom condo has everything you could ask for and more. From all the extra bathroom amenities to the fully stocked pantry, there was not one single thing we could think of that would have added to our time here. We had previously stayed in several different condos and not one of them had a stocked pantry like this one. It was great not to have run out to get sugar or spices or even coffee. We were not expecting this at all. The bedrooms are just beautifully decorated and the master suite is a delight. The upkeep is fantastic and the pool is always a great place to unwind at the end of the day. We spent our morning and days hiking and going to the local gym. In the evening, this home was an oasis to come home to. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone else and fully intend on returning here for an annual health and fitness getaway in the summer.

Blackjack Condo

Lovely hosts who thought of everything to make the stay perfect. Kitchen was equipped so you could cook five star suppers with a barbecue and deck backing onto the golf course. Laundry room is always a huge plus when traveling was well stocked with laundry and cleaning supplies. Property and grounds were exceptionally clean and quiet. Grounds are gated so you don't have people wandering through unannounced. The BEST BED EVER! Actually, all the beds were great, but the memory form master bed, never slept better. Steve was always available for questions and was very helpful. This is the sixth year we have travelled to St. George and I am always struck by how safe I feel there. There are so many attractions like the outdoor theatre which is very close to Steve's, hiking, great golf courses, lots of free tennis courts, etc. Great restaurants down at St. George and Main in the city centre. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives, as a matter of fact our friends were quite envious of us. They have also made wifi available which when on holidays is a great plus.
