I am originally from Florida and I spend most of my time working as a professional pilot. Aviation is a huge part of my life, so when I am not flying I enjoy traveling, staying active, and working on projects around the property. Hosting has become something I genuinely enjoy because it allows me to meet people from all over the country while giving them a comfortable place to stay. My goal is simple. I want guests to feel like they are staying somewhere that is well cared for and thoughtfully set up rather than just another rental.
Why they chose this property
I chose this area because it offers the perfect balance of quiet residential living while still being very close to everything in the Tampa area. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and relaxed, which makes it great for unwinding after a long day of travel or activities. At the same time you are only a short drive from downtown Tampa, the airport, beaches, restaurants, and sporting events. It is one of those locations that lets you enjoy the calm of a neighborhood without feeling far from the action.
What makes this property unique
What makes this property stand out is the amount of space and the experience it offers. The home is set up to comfortably host larger groups while still feeling private and relaxed. Guests tend to love the movie theater room, the pool area, and the overall layout that makes it easy for everyone to hang out together. The goal when setting up the home was to create a place where groups can genuinely enjoy spending time together instead of just having a place to sleep. Most people describe it as the kind of house you wish your friend owned and invited you to for the weekend.
