This luxury home has 2 full kitchens, 3 full refrigerators in the main floor kitchen, a beautiful back deck to gather and BBQ, and a patio with a one-acre yard to enjoy family outdoor games. The gym has a ping pong table and arcade game along with gym equipment to workout. Only 30 minutes from downtown Salt Lake. If you love to ski, only 45-60 minutes from Solitude, Brighton, Snowbird, and Alta ski resorts. One block away from a brand-new baseball park and a few blocks from a water park and pickleball courts.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please just pile used towels in the bathrooms they were used in.
Bed sheets for bed that have been slept in can be stripped and left at the bottom of the bed. This way, the cleaners will only need to wash sheets for beds that have been slept in.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Your host
We live in Riverton, Utah. We have 10 children and 8 grandchildren. We own a few large homes so we can gather as a family a couple times a year. We are clean and neat people so you will feel at home knowing the property you are staying at is clean and orderly.

Our property is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by other luxury homes and located close to many shopping and retail stores, ski resorts, sports parks, hiking trails and so much more. It is a super easy home to find which is convenient if it will be your first time staying at our property.
