Step into over 7,500 sq. ft. of beautifully designed space, where every detail is crafted for relaxation and style. Enjoy your own private movie theater, private pool and hot tub area, outdoor kitchen, and cozy seating around firepit in the picturesque backyard – all without ever leaving the property. The home is three levels: basement, main floor, and second floor. The basement is set with lots of games, including ping pong, pool, theater, arcade games, as well as a lovely play area for younger kids. It also has its own kitchenette.
Located in Draper, you’ll be minutes away from scenic hiking trails, golf courses, restaurants, and shopping – with easy access to downtown Salt Lake City, Silicon Slopes, and ski resorts.
