Stayed here over the weekend and celebrated Easter with my family. We had a great time! The home is so beautiful, spacious and within walking distance to the lake! The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The host was excellent and very responsive. Its the perfect place for a relaxing getaway and I would definitely stay here again.
The house is very spacious and had more beds then we needed, it was nice to have a pet froendly house as well. However the house was not very clean and a lot of the furniture is damaged and old, which I didn't expect at this price point. I will say we had a slight hot water issue while we were there and the host was very quick to get it resolved. Overall a a great stay, just a bit overpriced.
We truly enjoyed our stay over the Fourth of July. Nathan is a great host and always responded. Immediately. The house was very large to accommodate our extended family. We enjoy cooking together and the kitchen was large and accommodating for that. We were there during a very hot week and the HVAC worked perfectly. We were also there during the World Cup games and the large viewing area downstairs was perfect. I do recommend if you are traveling with a small child or toddler that you bring baby gates to prevent them from accessing the stairway to the lower level.A fire pit was very nice and there was wood available and also utensils for roasting marshmallows. The porch was amazing and was well furnished with the ceiling fan on the porch were able to spend time outside despite the heat. We also made use of the gas grill, where propane was provided. It worked wonderfully and looked almost brand new.We also made use of the dock that was part of the neighborhood. We had a wonderful time!
