The modern kitchen is a chef’s dream, while the cozy fireplace in the living area adds warmth and charm. Convenient main-level bedrooms offer easy accessibility. Outdoors, enjoy the beautifully furnished screened-in porch and a patio dining area—ideal for relaxing and taking in the peaceful, wooded surroundings. A range of amenities include free parking, central A/C, and Wi-Fi. Guests also have optional access to four community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club located on 49th Street in Ocean City.

* Trash Collection days are Monday and Thursday. Trash cans need to be at the end of the driveway Sunday and Wednesday nights.
* This home is No Smoking - in the house or in the screened in porch; No Pets, No Parties.
* Indoor pool is open year 'round. Daily fee for guests is $17 for adults 18 & up and $15 for ages 5-17. Pay at door.

This property was ideal for our family. It was spacious and truly met our needs. The rooms were neat and clean. The kitchen is spacious, and it was easy to find what I needed to prepare meals. The host was gracious and easy to get in touch with for answers to our questions, and responded in a timely manner. Improvements can be made in the following areas: please put king-size pillows on the king-size bed in the master bedroom. Also replace stained comforter on the king-size bed.When cleaning the oven be sure to wipe out and remove sprayed on oven cleaner. Not all renters may want to use the oven, but I did. It was quite a bit left that I had to clean before using the oven. Also, leave detergent for the dishwasher, and enough tissue for all bathrooms. Change checkout time to 11:00 would be ideal. In the whole scheme of things, these things may seem picky or minor, but the expectations would be the same if staying at a nice efficiency hotel. Overall, this is a great place to stay while traveling in this area. The location is in a friendly community. I would not hesitate in booking this property again. Kyra, the contact person, was absolutely outstanding. We enjoyed our stay.
