Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Start a load of wash for of beach towels (only) if used. Rinse the cooler and leave it open in the laundry room. Rinse the black chairs as needed.
Set the thermostat: * Summer A/C: 75°F * Winter Heat: 55°F Take/throw away all food.
Ensure the side laundry-room door is locked. Return the side-door key to the hook in the laundry room. Exit through the front door and press "Yale" at top of lock to lock door. Please send a message

Great location and unbelievable communication from the host. House was perfect for our large family. Could use a few updates and a little more cleaning detail but overall highly recommend for larger or multiple families. We would definitely book again! Thanks for a great vacation.
