This house has a lot of potential. It is very cute and presents well in the listing's photos. The location can be very noisy. It is right next to a gas station that had an alarm that went off all night. Unfortunately there is nothing the host can do about that. There was also construction happening right next door. Maybe another structure between this house and the gas station will muffle the noise? Upon check in, I had to lock every window in the house. Not sure why they were all unlocked? This house was clean on the surface. Sheets and towels were clean but there was dust everywhere. I don't think the air filter has been changed all year. The shared bathroom has some serious issues. Tiles move around when you step on them and there was no way to shower without getting water all over the floor. We were a group of 20-35 year old women, in good shape, and we all had issues getting in and out of the shower safely. The sides of the tub are a little too high for the set up. Unfortunately it was too hot outside to use the hot tub, but the backyard was as advertised and also very cute.
