************SCAMMER BEWARE ************** In life we always have to be aware of the unexpected consequences of being a business owner. We have a business that we strive to be successful at although sometimes we encounter the wrong people (Jul 08.) The property description currently states No Central Air however we do offer 2 portable AC units, fans in each bedroom, and this beautiful home is also equipped with a second floor suck fan that pulls out heat from inside of the house to keep it cool. The host is a very kind an available 24/7 to service the guest, as a hostess it’s very important to find out information and assess the necessary steps to keep Sunburst a Peaceful Peace. We know that water is always essential,,and the property does have hot water and it’s two full bathrooms so the water temperature can change after long showers, I’m don’t believe no one would stay anywhere without water and survive 3 days! The water needs time after long showers to regain heat, this home is older but build to last. We encourage our guess to read the property description and no what to expect (inside the kitchen) and what rules to follow before checking in, we look forward to your visit and value your business. We are available 24/7 to assist in any way possible. We will be installing the new Central Air Unit on July 20th.
