A perfect place to relax and unwind with a private patio, this house is a great place to call homebase while you're away from home. Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Commercial filming, Movie filming, all Production type, photography of any kind required approval by Host and fees apply.
Clean up behind yourself, bathrooms after usage. Do not remove household items of any kind. Do not relocate the fire-pit or furniture. Don’t take blankets outside. Don’t leave the back door open.
Wash all dishes used and take out Trash, the trash can is location on the side of the garage in the back yard.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Filming and any production type requires Host approval.
No smoking inside the house of any kind including vape. If you smoke inside $500 fee will be charged. Smoking outside is allowed in fire pit area.

Our stay here was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and even better than the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully considered! from the cozy furnishings to the little extras that made us feel right at home. The host was also amazing & very attentive!

While the property was large and accommodated our needs, it smelled like weed and the entry way floor was sticky. Our guys made do by opening the windows to air the place out. They are just thankful it was close to the banquet center
