The kitchen has granite countertops, appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker and cooking pots.
General essentials such as linens and towels are provided. The unit has A/C, heating, and washer and dryer.
Parking includes one reserved indoor spot and additional outdoor parking.
Policies….no smoking, no pets, renter must be over 25 years old, no parties or large gatherings, fines and fees for replacement keys are renters responsibility. Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.
