Every thing was great. We really enjoyed our stay. Excellent location, everything was exactly like the on-line description. Great communications with host, easy checkin. We absolutely loved the Golf cart, very friendly neighborhood. Closed to all amenities. We didn’t need to drive car. After we went to dinner at paddock square 10 minute Gold cart ride, on our way home we stopped at grocery store and picked up basics.

The house was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Great bookshelf/library. But, beware, the communication was a mess. We were told guest passes were available but they weren't. We were told to fill the cart with gas from a place 40 mins away only to later find that the gas a mile away was the same. They sent us mail offering late checkout for $ and when I accepted, they said it wasn’t available. Also, as far as we could tell, the portch screens don’t lock, so when we left the house during the day it was essentially unlocked.

This place was lovely. The only problem we had, a couple of days before we came, the property was struck by lightening. We understand, this was totally out of the hosts’ control. They were great at communicating that before we arrived. Well we brought food with us not knowing that the refrigerator wasn’t working. I let the host know the morning after we arrived. He/she told us they’d be sending a handyman over to look at it. They told me twice they’d be coming but never did. We ended up having to go get ice a few times throughout our stay. So it was a bit of an inconvenience. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
