Enjoy 1,500 sqft living space with plenty of side Boat and RV parking. Grand style entry with 12 ft. ceilings! Gorgeous huge ''Entertainer Style'' kitchen w/staggered cherry wood cabinets, stainless appliances and custom granite. Enjoy the beautiful lake and Mountain Views for miles from the top of the rear of property.

Enjoy this brand new modern rustic home with a huge open living space. The granite kitchen table is made entertainer style, with 6 cute modern rustic barstools surrounding the table. *No pets, parties or smoking allowed. We will ask for you to leave the property if these rules are not adhered to.*

Top of the line Samsung washer & dryer and Samsung Refrigerator. The living room has a 75" Smart TV and 44" Smart TV's in each room. Free Wi-Fi with Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube is provided.

Wonderful Havasu House and Host

We had an awesome stay at this Lake Havasu property! From start to finish, the host Masl was super communicative and extremely helpful — quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth trip. The house itself was spotless when we arrived, and in a perfect location that made getting to and from the lake each day a breeze.There was tons of parking, which worked out perfectly since we brought a truck and a boat. The neighborhood felt safe and was easy to navigate. Inside, the home was comfortable and well-equipped — great AC (a must in Havasu!), plenty of space to relax after long days on the water, and everything worked exactly as described.Highly recommend this spot if you’re planning a trip to Lake Havasu. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Very Cute Property

Our stay was very pleasant and we didn't have any problems with anything. Everything was easy and convenient. House was very clean and everything worked as advertised. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Great House for a lake trip

Four of us arrived for a weekend lake trip and had an excellent stay. The house was in great shape, clean, and well suited for a few friends to base out of for daily excursions. Quality beds, great living room and kitchen to cook and socialize after the long days out. Ample parking for two trucks and trailers. We will be back!

Beautiful New House

Beautiful new house in quiet neighborhood. Open floor plan with large modern kitchen and stunning 12 foot ceilings. It's so new, it is missing some items that I'm sure they will add over time. There is no place to hang your clothes in the master bedroom, no armoire, clothes rack or hooks. The second bedroom has an en suite, which is a really nice bonus! But the second bedroom is empty except for a bed and is missing a night stand and dresser drawers. All small things that I'm sure will change. Host was great to work with and I'm sure you will enjoy your stay!

Clean house

This is a nice house. It was very clean. The master bed was very comfortable. Nice big kitchen. Things to note:There is no filtered water for drinking or ice. I guess there was supposed to be a jug of bottled water for coffee in the pantry but there wasn't a jug of water. I feel this should have been mentioned in the listing itself...The house was hot when we arrived. It took a while for the house to cool down which led to a hot nights sleep. But I feel this was my fault. I should have let the host know we were on our way. We did set the air conditioner before we left the house for a day on the lake. It was a hot day and we were looking forward to coming back to a nice cool house (especially since we needed to put our young kids to sleep for the night). The A/C was off when we got back. My husband knows it set the Nest to have the house cool when we got back. So it made for another hot nights sleep. My two sons enjoyed playing with the toys in the bedroom. The toys kept them occupied while we unloaded and load the car. The host was outstanding with communication and very nice! You can tell they are a nice family.
