The house is located on a quiet street a few blocks from Boca Ciega Bay and a short walk to central Gulfport restaurants, cafes, and a weekly market. Read or watch birds from the private screened porch, explore Gulfport’s brick streets on foot, or drive 15 minutes to reach gorgeous nearby beaches or the shops and restaurants of downtown St. Petersburg. The home has one ground-floor bedroom and a second lofted bedroom reached by a spiral staircase (**Important note: for this reason the second bedroom is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues). There is one bathroom with a shower (no tub) on the first floor. Adults only, no pets, no smoking, an no events are allowed on the property.

Close to everything in Gulfport and area. Very comfortable in every way. It was easy to prepare a few meals in the very good kitchen. Loved the history of the place. It’s really a home. Long lived and cared for.
