POINT B EXCLUSIVE - This recently renovated Classic Cape is tucked away in a peaceful in-town neighborhood, and offers a perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm.
It features a single-level, open-concept design that creates a seamless flow between Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area has sofa and chair seating with large screen TV. The Dining Area is incorporated into the new Gourmet Kitchen with its stainless appliances, farmer's sink, and stone counters.
The sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort and privacy. The Primary Bedroom offers a serene retreat with work space plus a new semi-private en suite bath (additional door opens to the Kitchen Area), while the two additional Bedrooms share a full Bath. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs for personal entertainment.
Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. A private oasis awaits in the fenced backyard, featuring inviting lounging areas with a gas fire table, and a grill for alfresco dining. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower – a true touch of island living.
From its top of the Village location, it's just minutes from local markets, recreational facilities, and downtown. The Bike Path is nearby and a short ride or drive takes you to some of the Island's top beaches.
