Our disappointment with the Tiny Haus, as it was described in marketing materials, began with the description of the property. It was not a tiny house. The structure was embellished as a “tiny house.” We have stayed in several tiny homes and had great experiences. The tiny homes were built on solid foundations and permanent. This tiny home was a trailer/camper and still had the ability to be moved. Water from the faucets was not for cooking or drinking. Bottled water was provided in the regrigerator. Also, the toilet was a composting toilet. We also learned there was a three minute time limit for showering. The bath towels were musty smelling, The combination washing machine/ dryer was out of service. We had booked a three-night stay, but we left after the first night. We also asked for a refund on the two evenings and were denied.
