Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Just cross the beach parking and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes! Walk to the north to witness St Pete Beach's "Secret Garden" or walk to the south for a 2 mile workout to the famous Don Cesar.

Spacious, 2 Bedroom condo on the second floor. Look out the window to see the beach and magnificent sunset views! 1 bedroom has a King bed, 1 has a double/full bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa (full). The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and all kitchens essentials to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book.

Distance from Beach:
Beach is located across the street from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water.
Units 100-400 are around the pool, Units 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court.
This is unit # 304 in building 300.

Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of surf stores within walking distance.
There is a community charcoal BBQ area on site as well as bike racks.
A close walk to many beach restaurants and bars.
Shopping is close by.
Many guests do not bring a car, however an electronic parking permit is included with your stay, if needed!
Sorry, no pets/animals allowed per HOA. Strongly enforced.

Great quiet place just steps from a relaxing beach!

Everything about the location of the condo was great, the pool was nice, very close to the beach. The family loved the stay here and it's proximity to everything near St. Pete Beach and surrounding beaches was great!

While not the most luxurious, this property is clean and roomy, and a very short, easy walk to the beach. We spent many hours by the pool and were made to feel more than welcome by the owner and everyone we encountered.

Condo at St Pete Beach

Good stay for 6 Days, we booked a place and needed to move half way through and this property let us get in early. Very well appointed with all that we needed and extra night lights just incase you have trouble seeing at night. Glad we were able to enjoy this property.

We love it here

We all had such a great time and Roger is a wonderful host. We stayed here last year and came back because the location is perfect. The condo has everything you need. The kids loved being able to walk to the beach and also loved the pool.

It was a great location and reasonable rate. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Loved the pool. The only concern we had was an issue with the shower pan tile sticking out and hitting our foot on it. Everything else was fantastic

Nice apartment, great location, perhaps a little old

We stayed at the Friendly Native for a week in May. The location is great and check-in etc was very easy. The apartment itself is spacious and was clean, though the apartment complex (especially communal areas) is a little old and tired and in need of repair. A pipe burst on our final night meaning we had no water for the final day for showering or cleaning up. Hardly ideal.

Love the Friendly Native property. This condo was spacious and clean. Only complaint: Shower curtian needs to be replaced by a glass door, the curtain cuts off half the shower area, so it was a small space.

Hidden gem near Upham Beach

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Friendly Native resort. Central located and right on the beach and only a three minute walk to the gulf. This is an older property so you don’t have many rooms with balconies so that would be my only complaint, but the price was reasonable. Beach chairs and floatation devices were provide to us as well as all kitchen utensils, etc.
