This condo was perfect for our stay. Right on the beach, nice clean pool, safe and convenient. Water for showers wasn’t always warm which was a challenge! Tv volume in king bed room intermittently not working!!

spring break 2024

Great location, right by beach location and Paradise Grill. The condo could use some updates, especially the bathroom, but it did the job as a close beach stay.

Condo in St. Petersburg

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean and very well equipped. It was by public beach so parking was more difficult during the day.

Thanks for staying with us! Just a heads up: There is separate parking for Friendly Native guest/residents along the side streets, for when it’s busy at the beach in the metered spaces. (The spaces marked PERMIT are for the electronic parking permit only, included with your stay.)

We love it here

We all had such a great time and Roger is a wonderful host. We stayed here last year and came back because the location is perfect. The condo has everything you need. The kids loved being able to walk to the beach and also loved the pool.

relaxed and friendly

While not the most luxurious, this property is clean and roomy, and a very short, easy walk to the beach. We spent many hours by the pool and were made to feel more than welcome by the owner and everyone we encountered.

Condo at St Pete Beach

Good stay for 6 Days, we booked a place and needed to move half way through and this property let us get in early. Very well appointed with all that we needed and extra night lights just incase you have trouble seeing at night. Glad we were able to enjoy this property.

Super vacation spot!

It was a great location and reasonable rate. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Loved the pool. The only concern we had was an issue with the shower pan tile sticking out and hitting our foot on it. Everything else was fantastic

Grest condo

Love the Friendly Native property. This condo was spacious and clean. Only complaint: Shower curtian needs to be replaced by a glass door, the curtain cuts off half the shower area, so it was a small space.
