Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is one of the oldest and historical neighborhoods in the city of Dallas. It’s currently a quiet oasis 5 miles from the hustle of downtown Dallas.
What makes this property unique
The home was built 77 years ago by Dr. Williams Knox Flowers, Sr namesake of Parkland’s Bluitt Flowers Health Clinic. It was also the home of Retired Chief Deputy Edgar Lee McMillan, Sr, the first black lieutenant, captain and chief deputy of the Dallas Sheriff’s Department.
