Recently remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath manufactured home in the Village of Silver Lake in The Villages, Florida. Freshly painted inside, updated bathroom, new stove, new refrigerator, new microwave, and a dishwasher for your comfort. King bed in master bedroom with private bathroom. Full size bed in guest bedroom. Guest bath updated with new sink and walk in shower with seat. Living room has a large sectional sofa and leather recliner and new 50" ROKU TV. ROKU TV also in master bedroom. Large lanai in front with lots of windows and comfortable open feeling. Washer and dryer in laundry room in carport. Private back yard with covered patio. Great location in The Villages near the town of Spanish Springs and close to plenty of shopping. Live music and happy hour every night in Spanish Springs. Complete with everything you need to enjoy your stay in The Villages.
