Located on one of the most family friendly streets in Athens, you can easily walk to Sanford Stadium (1 mile through the heart of campus). You will be mere blocks from Foley Field (baseball), Stegeman Coliseum (basketball and gymnastics) and Magill Tennis Complex. Walk to Five Points for local restaurants, Earth Fare grocery store and many shops. Downtown Athens is a short ride away. Covered off-street parking for 2 cars. Nice outdoor area to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Relax in the spacious living area with cable TV and WiFi included. Kitchen area includes a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven and coffee bar. Two comfortable bedrooms (king bed and queen bed) with a full bath - all linens and towels provided along with shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
