Cozy tiny home on a farm with a hot tub, king nectar bed, automatic cappuccino machine, fresh sourdough bread and eggs, and many farm animals waiting to keep you company. Relax on the deck next to the pasture or watch the animals from the huge picture window. Tucked back in the country but only a few minutes to the 81. Close to downtown Winchester and hiking.

I’m originally from Mt. Carmel, PA. Joined the Marines and settled in Virginia about 20 years ago. I enjoy homesteading, travel, and animals.
Why they chose this property
This property is special. Built in 1826. It was a civil war hospital. I love this piece of land because it makes me feel at peace- I feel like I’m away from it all here. I added the tiny home to share it with others. My hope is it will give others a break from everything and an opportunity to reconnect to nature and each other.
What makes this property unique
The tiny home is unique in that I replaced a wall with a window so even when you are inside you are a part of the farm outside.
