Good place to stay

We stayed a week in this home. Jessica and Clint were very helpful prior to our visit. Everything went smoothly during our stay. The master bed was slightly uncomfortable, but not horrible. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby that we are able to stock up on supplies. The central resort/ community pool was quite nice with a toddler splash pool, two jacuzzis, and large pool that was heated. It was about a 25 minute drive to the disney world parks based on traffic and stop lights.

Thank you so much for the kind review. I am glad you loved the house, resort and location. I will check on the issue with the bed. Owner's do replace those often, but we will get on that asap. Come back and see us again soon.

Left behind laptop

We enjoyed the stay,it was a perfect place for us. My biggest complaint is that a laptop was left and we have made several calls and can not get anyone to call us back.Very disheartening

Thank you for the review. I am sorry to hear nobody has gotten back to you about the laptop. This is the first time I have heard about it, and I am happy to look into the issue for you. If we have it, we will certainly ship it to you. Our cleaners and inspectors always return items that're left behind by guests. You can call our office anytime at the #'s provided, or send me a message in VRBO. I am happy to look into this for you. We cannot be responsible when guests leave items in homes, but we do our absolute best to return items as soon as they are brought in. Again, our cleaners and inspectors are required to turn in any items found. With the exception of this issue, I am glad you enjoyed the house and your vacation.
