The property as a whole was good nice size rooms. However, we had several issues occur as far as tiny bugs all over counter in master bathroom, ants in another bathroom, downstairs bathroom toilet/water brown and overflowed, air wasn’t working when we arrived. Plug in fans in 3/5 bedrooms so I assumed they knew it was an issue before. We had it set at 70..thermostat initially wouldn’t go past 75 and climbed up to 77 as the evening went by. Host initially said “isn’t there a sign that says it can’t go past 72?” No sign and either way it was going up! The host/property sent maintenance to spray for bugs and fix ac. Bugs remained an issue after spraying, red stains on carpet in pink room, downstairs bedroom sheets had blood stains as well. The home itself wasn’t terribly dirty but could use a real deep clean/ pest control . The back door bedroom was unlocked when we arrived as well as a few windows which was a safety issue for us. Another issue out of the hosts control was zero service. I have ATT someone else in my party had TMobile, neither of us had good service. I realize I listed a bunch of complaints but I feel the need to be transparent. We loved the resort pool.

Canadian Family on annual Florida Vacay

Have rented 5-6 homes in PP but this is the best ever for this active young family of 5 + 2 golfing grandparents. Lovely roomy home, clean, well supplied and the Property Management Co. is excellent. Highly recommended!

Exactly what we needed!

My family and I enjoyed this property for our week-long Florida vacation. It was close to shopping and the Disney parks. Very spacious and nicely furnished. We liked it so much that we hope it will be available for our next Florida vacation so that we can book it again!

Our experience was great! The house was very nice and spacious. The attached pool was so convenient, with a ledge for using the laptop for work and school. One thing to be mindful of if there’s a big family, you may have to spread out the times to take showers or else the water may turn cold. The resort offered other activities and a pool area that we also enjoyed. The property was within a couple of miles of many stores and restaurants, and just minutes away from Magic Kingdom. Hope to visit again real soon.

What a pleasant stay!

This was my second time staying at Paradise Palms. I love the development. The house was nice, but I would like to report that one of the rooms downstairs, the bedroom by the pool, it didn't seem like the floor had been cleaned prior to our arrival. My daughter actually had to vacuum, and it still seemed sticky. Some random toys were left under the dresser and under the entertainment center in the living room. The mattresses were not as comfortable as we would have liked. The binder had a notice about the water that dated back to 2007 so not sure if that was still the case or if the book just needs to be updated. Also, the three separate boxes to control the TVs at times was a bit confusing. Maybe a wifi extender in the master bedroom upstairs would be helpful. I tried to work up there a couple of times but wasn't able to take calls. Overall, very pleased but just wanted to point out these things. It was the perfect fit for the 8 of us, giving everyone their own bed/bath.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful spacious home. With five bedrooms and five bathrooms there were enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone, which they all LOVED. We enjoyed the private pool which was great for a morning swim. The resort amenities were a great plus. The kids also got to enjoy the outdoor swimming area and the playground. Check in process was easy and smooth and the host was very accommodating, which is ALWAYS a great plus for me. After breakfast, we were able to do our daily morning walk in this quiet community which was great. Disney's Magic Kingdom was a short car ride (maybe about 30 minutes or so). There was shopping nearby as well as other activities. I would love to stay here again during my next Florida vacation. THANK YOU to our host for allowing us to spend our family vacation in your home. It was just perfect for all 8 of us?
