Conveniently situated off exit 14/GA400, you can explore nearby Alpharetta, Roswell, and even enjoy quick access to Atlanta and nearby attractions. Whether a peaceful retreat or a city adventure, our lakeside oasis offers something for everyone.

Please note that we have a minimum stay requirement of 30 nights, ensuring a serene and uninterrupted experience. However, we welcome all inquiries and are happy to consider exceptions. Whether you're between homes, undergoing construction or renovation, or require temporary housing due to an insurance claim, our home may be the perfect solution for your needs. We have experience working with ALE Solutions, CRS Temporary Housing, and others to accommodate families in transition. Please submit an inquiry, and let us assist you in making your stay comfortable and stress-free.

Great Vacation!

We really enjoyed this property. Great location on the lake in my opinion. We did have a couple minor issues arise, the owner was very quick to address, which was great. In fact, he was very responsive throughout, from booking date through end of stay. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view!

We loved staying at this house while our house was under construction. The location was great! There were a few things in the house and on the dock that need attention. The home owner was very helpful. The lake view made it exceptional!

Lake Lanier - Great House

Loved this house on Lake Lanier. It was immaculate and very nicely decorated. Several highlights - 1) Sitting on the porch with our coffee each morning enjoying the peacefulness of the lake, 2) Renting a Pontoon boat for a half day, and 3) Sitting in the hot tub each night. Overall, we had a great experience and Owen was very east to work with. I highly recommend this property.

Great Lake House

We decided last minute to try to get a lake house. Owen responded immediately and was very easy to work with. The house was great and very clean. It was great to sit on the deck and look out to the water. The house and dock are located in a very peaceful part of the lake so swimming, fishing, etc. was no problem. I highly recommend staying at this lake house.

Unique

Several things make this spot better than ordinary Lanier rentals 1. Unobstructed views because there are no trees in the backyard to spoil line of sight. 2. Gentle slope to the water. 3. Backyard is all lawn. 4. At the southern tip of the lake. Closest to Atlanta. 25min from Dunwoody. .

Perfect location on Lanier!

If you are looking for a place that is located ON the lake, is clean, comfortable with every amenity that you could possibly need, along with a VERY accommodating owner that seems to be eager to please you and your guests, then this is your place. Everything was very clean and organized for us, and we are already looking at future dates to book this house again! We loved the view at all times of the day, and the bay that it is located in has very little boat traffic and was great for floating and hanging out in. PLUS, if you wanted to run up to the store for ice, groceries or even go for dinner, you are only a few mins away, which was great. Felt like a lake cabin, but renovated and upgraded to feel more like home. Thanks again for allowing us to use your home for the weekend! Consider yourself fortunate if you are able to stay here...... #lovelakelife

Family visit and Our Anniversary

There were both pros and cons to this property. Pros; Great location, large yard, Working hot tub, coffee maker was not working and owner responded with send a new one right away. Cons; No welcome book with check in and out instructions (owner perferred to meet with you and show the property.) That did not work for us we arrived at 1am. The welcome book would have let us know that the lawn care folks show up Early Monday mornings, Sheet in master were torn and towels not placed in bath, they were downstairs. I guess since there are no towel bars in the master bath there are not any towels placed for your use. The stairs leading to the downstairs are very narrow. Large folks need to walk around the house. The Ceiling fan in guest bedroom only the light works. Dinning room table seats only 4. We made the best of everything because we were on vacation!!!!

I apologize that you had a less than 5-star experience while staying at my home. One of the reasons I always try to meet my guest's (unfortunately we were not able to meet in person) is for a meet & greet and to show them around, so they have an enjoyable stay and feel comfortable reaching out to me directly with any issues or problems they might encounter. After your departure, I checked all of the ceiling fans in my home (including the outdoor fan) and I couldn't find any issues. I also checked the coffee maker (I brewed a pot of coffee) and I couldn't find any issue with it either, so I put it in another property of mine.

A New Years getaway

We loved our stay here. Great location with beautiful view. Home has all you need and more. Excellent set up if you have teens, as the downstairs becomes a sort of “teen suite”. Owner was responsive and while you feel like you’re secluded, all major shopping is just down the street. Would stay here again :)

Great House in a Great Location

We enjoyed our stay during Thanksgiving week. The house is updated and in a Great location close to shopping and restaurants. The unobstructed views of the lake are amazing. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and making Smores in the evenings. I would recommend this property.

Beautiful home on Lake Lanier!

This is a beautiful home on Lake Lanier! It is so close to the water. We enjoyed sitting out on the covered porch just relaxing and taking in the beautiful view of the lake. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed.

perfect family getaway!

We loved this location so very much! The property was immaculate and stunning! It was quiet and so peaceful. The kiddos had tons to do...exploring, worm hunting, racing up and down the hill, Jacuzzi, fishing off deck (no luck catching anything, bummer), going for walks, playing games, and much more. We counted seeing 27 deer while there. 12 of them walked right across the property like they've been doing it for years. AMAZING!! There were two geese that chilled on property everyday. Beautiful property inside and out!!!! It was perfect! Just what this family needed!!! Home owner, Owen, was pretty cool too!! Easy to work with and made our travels super easy!!!

This property was amazing. The house was very clean, the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking.

We rented this home for Thanksgiving and it was the perfect place to spend time with family. The views are spectacular and Owen was great to work with.

Beautiful view, modern decor, Great outdoor living spaces

Owen has updated the house beautifully and located conveniently to so many things. The modern but cozy with beautiful views in a quiet cove. The outdoor living spaces are great... we enjoyed coffee on the deck, dinner on the downstairs patio, time in the hot tub and a fire in the fire pit! Amazing place to celebrate our anniversary!

Beautiful well appointed lakefront home.

Lovely days in the lake with family. Morning coffees on the deck, great yard for playing games and lounging, and a nice dock with fenders for boat rentals. The home is nicely decorated with ample living space, gourmet kitchen and outdoor grill. Conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great time and highly recommend!!
