Freshly renovated and beautifully decorated, centrally located in Cumming, GA. You will find tons of fun activities nearby and are just a short drive away from beautiful Little Ridge Park at Lake Lanier!

The house is a one level ranch with a large front yard and back yard. Spacious master room with in suite full bathroom with shower. Two secondary rooms, one with a queen bed and the other one with 2 single beds. Full kitchen and separate dining room. Long drive way perfect to park your boat.

Great place and location

This was a perfect house for our family and was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean and in a great neighborhood near the lake.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

We loved our stay here. I was down practicing for a bass tournament so I needed parking for my truck and boat. The driveway was more than capable for this. There is also parking at the end of the front yard, which was convenient. The home has been completely overhauled and it was immaculate. We had everything we needed. We just needed our clothes and personal items. The property manager was great and very helpful. Lots of great places within 10 minutes to eat, shop, and launch the boat. We will definitely be back. I just wish we could give our stay 10 stars.

The house is minutes away from Lake Lanier. Lake Lanier is the most popular lake in the southeast. You will enjoy the time you spend at Lake Lanier. We guarantee it.

Buford Dam is a very cool place to visit! The dam itself is amazing.
Lots of history during construction. You have a fabulous view of the Chattahoochee River and Lake Lanier at the same time as you are crossing the dam.
It's a good place to take visitors and pictures with nice backdrops.

The house is located in a residential and super safe area.

If you arrive early in the area, the good news is that there is plenty to do. We often suggest that guests visit the grocery store and do a small shop. That will give you more time to relax once you've checked in! There are also a few good restaurants for lunch so why not relax and enjoy some of the local food!
