Our lake house is set up for families of all ages to feel like home while on vacation with the whole wonderful lake experience! We want everyone to feel like they are living at the lake with every room filled with lake life decor with plenty of the comforts of home.
Our home is a very spacious, recently renovated 4BR / 3.5BA home is located on a large, VERY private lot with a spectacular view of the lake. Neighbors are NOT on top of you like most Lakehomes on Lake Lanier. A new, aluminum, two-level dock is perfect for swimming, fishing, boating, sun bathing and relaxing. The lot is gently sloping and has a flat stone pathway leading to a large sandy beach area. Our house is located on a very quiet street in a peaceful private neighborhood with no traffic. There is a two-car garage and large driveway with plenty of additional parking.

The upper level of the house has a large great room with vaulted ceilings, a real stone wood-burning fireplace, 60” flat screen TV, and floor-to ceiling windows facing the lake. This area is a large open floor concept with 3 large seating areas with a sofa, 8 arm chairs - plenty of room to gather or spread out with family. The dining area has a 9ft farm house dining table that has seating for 10+ people, as well as extra dining seating at the bar area and island area of the kitchen. The kitchen includes all new stainless steel appliances- refrigerator, gas range with heat lamps and oven, traditional coffee maker, kuerig coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. The great room opens to an outdoor covered deck with a dining table/chairs and leads to the open deck area with a gas grill and great screened porch with a new fireplace, sofa and dining area with a 9ft picnic table. All outdoor areas have multiple ceiling fans. All bedrooms, except for bunk bedroom, have ceiling fans. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, sitting area and walk-in closet. The master bath is enormous, including a garden tub, separate rain-head shower with bench, and double vanities with extra lighting. The master suite has its own covered deck, including a love seat and 2 chairs w/ottomans, with a beautiful view of the lake. The second upstairs bedroom features a queen bed with another fabulous view of the lake. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the third upstairs bedroom across the hall in which has two sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds) – a great fun space for kids! All the bedrooms have TV's. There are a total of 3 bedrooms on the main level located on the same level with the kitchen/dining area/living room/laundry room. There are no stairs to navigate on this level.

There are 2 separate staircases that lead to the terrace lower level. The lower level has a separate kitchen area with a dining table & 6 chairs, bar seating area, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and toaster oven. The lower level great room has a sofa and a couple of club chairs to watch TV or watch people playing table tennis (ping pong table) located in game area. There is also a side sitting room off game area to hang out and relax. From that room is an outdoor covered deck area with a large relaxing swing bed, also with a great view of the lake. The downstairs bedroom includes a king size bed, attached private bathroom with a shower and built in bench. This bedroom also has a nice view of the lake. There is also a large half bath located on the lower level hallway. The six-person Jacuzzi is perfect for relaxing and overlooks the lake. It's located on the lower level side deck, off the kitchen, with a fantastic view of the lake. We completely drain and clorox the Jucuzzi after EACH rental, to start everyone off with a fresh, clean germ free hot tub.

We have a three person, flat-bottom canoe that's provided for guest’s use, as well as 4 kayaks/paddles/life vests, a stand up paddle (SUP) board, a large swim mat, and a cornhole game as well. The Tidwell Park boat ramp is just a few minutes away- conveniently located for anyone bringing their own boat or renting one. Bald Ridge Marina (about 5-10 minutes away) is great for fueling up and Port Royal (about 25 minutes away) have boats and jet skis for rent.
***No rentals to occupants under 30 years of age. No rentals to very large groups. This is quiet subdivision and the home is not available as a 'party house.’
We have a one week minimum stay requirement during peak season, renting Saturday to Saturday only during the Summer peak season (June and July)
