Looking for a warm getaway in March, April, May and June? TWO WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL. Any 30 days or more rental is 10% OFF during non-peak months (July through October).

This charming getaway in Fort Myers Beach just steps away from the beautiful Gulf. Sand Caper is located on the beach side of Estero Blvd and the beautiful and quiet end of the island which is perfect for snow birds and people who want a quiet beach getaway.

Sand Caper 408 features 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms with a private screened in lanai on the 4th floor overlooking the Gulf & estuary preserve. The Master bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet, smart tv and it's own lanai entrance. The Master bathroom has a large vanity and walk-in shower. The Guest bedroom has a queen adjustable bed and smart tv which is located next to the full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The open living room area has spacious seating (including a full size sofa bed), a smart tv and a dining area for 6. Off of the living room area, patio doors open up to a private screened-in lanai with cozy conversational furniture to enjoy those breathtaking sunsets.

If you like to cook, make yourself at home in the spacious kitchen including a range, an air fryer, coffee press, K-cup coffee maker and coffee pot maker (coffee included), toaster, crockpot, place settings, glasses, utensils, spices and a blender.

Guests can enjoy amenities as free WIFI, Direct TV, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, beach toys, hair dryer, iron, heating/AC and in room washer & dryer (with detergent) during their stay. The building also has 2 elevators, stairs and 1 covered parking spot.

Guests can swim in our saltwater pool year round - it's both cooled & heated. Chairs, tables, umbrellas, shower and restrooms will help you enjoy those warm sunny days. If you are a grill master, there is also a grilling area with 2 full size-built in gas grills towards the walkway to the beach with chairs and tables for your picnic. Watch the sunset while grilling and dining there.

Santini Plaza and CVS are located across the street for your convivence. At the plaza you can find surf stores, hardware store, ice-cream shop, liquor store, coffee shop and other restaurants. Weekly farmer's markets can be found there as well.

The Fort Myers Beach Trolley and Tram runs from the north tip of Fort Myers beach down to Lover's Key Beach on a schedule for your convivence.

Enjoy picturesque sunset views, nightly strolls on the beautiful white sand beach and shell collecting for hours. Our place will help you feel at home while you're vacationing in Fort Myers Beach.

The condo was beautifully positioned to enjoy many gorgeous sunsets. The pool was used daily by me and I loved the size of it. I recently lost my husband of 50 years and this getaway with his 2 sisters was very healing.

Why they chose this property

Over 25 years we have traveled to Florida with our children and parents , up and down each of the coasts and really created many fun memories where ever we ended up. We chose Sand Caper in FMB due to it's location. It's a quieter part of Fort Meyers Beach however close enough to indulge in busy activties, restaurants and bars that Fort Myers Beach has to offer.

What makes this property unique

As soon as we walked through Sand Caper 408 we knew it was the second home we wanted. It's light and airy with a vacation vibe. We love the beach and preserve in our backyard and the daily breathtaking sunsets in the screened lanai. Walking the beach at the end of the day really sets the tone for the relaxing evening.
