Guest access
You will get a personalized door code sent to you before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys. Enjoy the entire place to yourself, minus the owner’s and maintenance closets, which are labeled and locked accordingly.
Other things to note
Check-in is at 4pm, Checkout 10am. Unfortunately we don’t have the ability to offer early check-in / late checkout.
The closest boat launch is less than 10 minutes away - The Lost Cove (188 Co Rd 177, Crane Hill, AL). The launch is integrated in a camping area and allows for storage of your trailer as well.
Although further away by vehicle, Duskin Point Marina is larger (198 Duskin Point Rd, Jasper, AL).

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Check-out is by 10am.
- Place all furniture back to its original location. If you utilized the pack-n-play, please place them back in the master closet after a good wipe down.
- Blankets utilized outside must be washed and set back in place.
- Dispose of all cooled wood and ashes from the fire pit and grill, if used, in the exterior trash container within a garbage bag.
- Please place all towels in the bathrooms.
- Please place all outdoor furniture and water toys back and secured in its original position.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
