Just Heavenly on Smith Lake is the perfect gathering place for families. The property has a gentle slope path to the lake with year-round deep water. The private dock includes 2 covered slips, including 2 jet-ski ports. Large swim deck. Use of 2 kayaks, paddle board, and floating lily pad island are included with your stay. The private beach is also a prefect place to swim or relax.



Take a break in the several swings on the decks. Enjoy a campfire in the stone fire pit.



After a day on the lake, cookout on the grill and griddle. Enjoy a meal on any of the numerous decks. Watch as the sunsets seem to last for hours.



The property has two separate buildings: the main house and the guest house. The main house is two levels with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Enjoy gathering together in the large open kitchen and living room with stone fireplace. Other kitchen amenities include: Ice maker and bar area, Coffee board games, ample sitting , and lake views. Enjoy a peaceful evening on the amazing main floor porch or the screened-in porch upstairs.



Main House:

Primary Bedroom on ground floor has king-sized bed with ensuite bath walk-in shower. Lake view includes direct access to the deck. Walk-in closet. Wall-mounted television.



Bedroom 2 (up stairs) has king-sized bed. Lake view includes direct access to screened-in porch.



Bedroom 3 (up stairs) has king-sized bed. Lake view includes direct access to screened-in porch.



Bedroom 4 (up stairs) has a bunk room with 4 twin bunk beds. Direct access to deck. Wall-mounted television. exterior stair access to guest house or game room.



Bedrooms 5 and 6 are located in the separate guesthouse.



Large kitchen with French Door refrigerator/freezer, double ovens, ice maker, wine cooler, and more. Full coffee bar includes: Breville Precision Brew Coffee Pot with two thermal carafes, Baratza Encore coffee grinder, Fellow Stagg EKG kettle, French Press, and Keurig.

Enjoy outdoor cooking on the large propane grill and six-burner griddle.



Guest House: A cozy living room, 2BR/2BA on one level with the game room on garage level.



Bedroom 5 has a king-sized bed with ensuite bath with shower/tub combination. Single bed also.



Bedroom 6 has king-sized bed with ensuite bath with shower/tub combination.



Living room has pull out sofa to queen-sized bed in living room. Ottoman is also a pull out single bed.



Kitchenette/Living room includes comfortable seating and breakfast bar. Wall-mounted television. Breville Grind Control Coffee grinder and coffee pot, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven.



Garage level game room with Pac-Man and 14 games. XBox One. Sofa and wall-mounted television.



Outdoors enjoy many shaded porches and decks included the screened in porch upstairs. The swinging bed is the perfect place to catch a nap. Multiple decks provide just the right amount of shade or a chance to catch some rays.



On the Lake you can swim in the private beach or swim on the large swim deck on the dock while enjoying the large swimming pad. Go kayaking in one of our two kayaks or take the paddle board out for an adventure.



Bring your own water toys and park them in one of our covered slips. Slip 1 is 28'x10' and perfect for your pontoon or ski boat. Slip 2 is 10'x24' and includes 2 jet ski ports.



After a fun day on the water, cozy up around the fire with our lakeside fire ring. A S'more makes the perfect dessert to a perfect day.
