The location was perfect. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and an easy drive if you have a lot of things to bring with you to the beach. The condo is a little outdated, and some improvements cosmetically could really set this place above many! Some things could be cleaned a little better - we found some dirty dishes that had been put away, the freezer had a strange smell, and the condo smelled a bit like old bleach. Overall, the condo is exactly what we were looking for. It was safe, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great. Close to the beach and the golf resort. Also close to the Freshfields market where there are shops, restaurants and a grocery store. Make sure you have bikes delivered so you can ride on the many paths and beach! The management company can give you phone numbers of area bike rentals. The villa is very well stocked to make your stay super enjoyable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was well appointed and the view of the 16th green is awesome. We loved being on the bottom level which makes everything convenient.

Great vacation!

We have been visiting kiawah for at least the last 18 years and it’s such a special place. This property was great for us- me and two teens- with a great location and comfortable furnishings. Would love to stay here again!

Great location! We thoroughly enjoyed our week. Well appointed with all the basics you will need. The beach was truly an easy 5 minute walk. Be sure to bring your bikes or rent bikes through the island; it's the best way to get around. We love Freshfields Village for shopping and dining. An easy bike ride or quick drive to get there. We loved sitting on the back deck and watch golfers putt on the 16th green of Cougar Point. We will be renting again for certain.

Perfect for our vacation

This property was perfect for our vacation. It was the perfect size for my family, clean and nicely furnished, and in close proximity to private Kiawah West Beach and Freshfields Village. I will definitely look into renting 1363 Fairway Oaks again the next time I am in the Charleston area.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. Good location. We enjoyed watching the golfers. Weather was great and we spent a lot of time on the beach. Couldn’t get any restaurants on the island to answer the phone. Weird.

Great weekend!

Property was in an excellent location, very clean. The only thing we did't love is that as we were loading the car to get ready to leave (well before check out time) the cleaning staff were waiting outside.

Great Villa

Great villa with a nice view of a golf course green. Good kitchen setup. One of the quieter areas of Kiawah. Beach is just a 5 minute walk. Great for yourself, your spouse/partner/date, or small family.
