Enjoyed a few days after getting married in Charleston! It was perfect and relaxing and the view was amazing! Definitely will be visiting Seabrook again!
We love this location and have stayed in different locations. This one did not disappoint! Clean and the view was amazing. We saw wildlife on land and water every single day. Would def stay again!!
We thoroughly enjoyed the warmer weather and comfortable lodgings. We’ve been to Seabrook many times, but with the restrictions of the pandemic and the need to social distance bearing down, this visit was different. Instead of hopping back and forth from Charleston, we thoroughly enjoyed birding and long walks on the Island more than we ever have in the past. It was a very welcome experience!
I have been going to Seabrook/St. Christopher’s since 1873, my daughter since 1982, and it is forever a paradise. This Pelican Watch balcony, along with the table and swivel chairs, provided a front row seat to spectacular sunsets and views of the full moon and stars in the early morning. The king size bed was quite comfy, the kitchen was perfect for our needs. The sofa and love seat were pretty worn and saggy in the middle, but we were mostly outside or asleep during our stay. We’ll be back!
A beautiful spot on the beach. Easy access. One of the best beds I've ever slept in, need to know what mattress that is. :)
The ONLY thing was the patio furniture. It needs to be junked. It's completely rusted out, rips, tears, a break in the middle of the table. It just needs to be gone.
Other than that, a great stay!

Interior Needs Improvement
Maintenance of the interior part of condo needs attention. Internet is inconsistent, mattress needs replacing, electrical outlets in bathroom do not work, half of the lamps do not work, sink drain in master bath slow, lots of sand in washer/dryer.

Hi Ken! Thank you for your feedback. We will be sure to bring your comments about the updates needed to the attention of the local staff and the owner. We appreciate your comments and helping us improve for our future guests. We hope to host you again in the future!
This unit was very nicely decorated and the view from the deck was fantastic. I have never given a bad review but I wish someone had notified the property manager that mold was growing in the air vents....bathrooms and kitchen . Also mold was growing under the bathroom sink. She came the next day and took pictures and she offered to get a team out there to see what they could do but since our stay was so short we did not want to put up with the chemical smells which would be involved. This is not something which occurred overnight and I am surprised it has not been addressed. Hopefully everything will now be handled and the next tenants will have a better experience. It has the potential to be a terrific vacation rental.

Nice view
Have stayed in VRBO properties for almost all of the 20+ years that we’ve stayed on the island. Always read the reviews before renting but this property didn’t have any. The photos showed a bright and friendly place with a deck facing the ocean. Facing the ocean it did but it was not bright and friendly. Time for a reno. Nice new floors but sofa cushions NOT comfortable and all of wall decor looked like they were from old garage sales. Definitely not “beach” feeling. Kudos to its cleanliness . If you have trouble with stairs it’s not the place for you. Two flights to getting your luggage, groceries, etc up. Easy access to the beach which was great. Management company was very responsive when needed for the tv. All and all we had a pleasant week just not as nice accommodations as we’re use to for the same price but nice ocean view.

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. We appreciate all of your helpful feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve our properties. There is a lot of original Charleston art in the home to keep it feeling local but we do understand that art is subjective and everyone has different tastes. We're glad that you found the property very clean and were able to enjoy the access to the beach. Thank you again, and we hope to have you back again as our future guest!
