The Florida Botanical Gardens are only three miles east, and Clearwater Marine Aquarium is eight miles north. Other activities include boating, fishing, and golfing.
**Condo complex will be undergoing building painting and restoration. Replacing power grid for building and various other restorations. The project is slated to begin August 11, 2025 and will last through September 2025.
