Often times people think when they come for season they want a pool but it can be pretty chilly in the pool during season and many accidents happen every year, so we opted for a 14 foot hydrotherapy swim spa/pool where you could have three hydrotherapy seats and have the temperature up where you want it on a cool evening. There is enough room to lay back in the sun on a float and chill out. Not to mention with the cover, it is a much safer situation for families with young kids. This property offers a tropical paradise feeling with all the Florida gardens and flowers surrounding you everywhere. The yard is lined all in the back with palms that offer privacy and beauty at the same time. The house is open concept and the kitchen is new making for a great gathering space. While cooking your guests can hang out on one of the 4 blue velvet stools.Diner can be served on the custom table or even take the center of the ping pong table out as it doubles as a huge dining space as it is a solid resort style table. The lanai has a google outdoor TV and an outdoor family room feel. Play a game connect 4 or have a round robin ping pong tournament and then there is the corn hole challenge. Press the button and the boards will light up for the evening. The outside has beautiful lights strung over the space for ambiance while you are enjoying the spa or roasting marshmallows on the fire. outside there is a BBQ to top it all off and make one of the most amazing spaces you could imagine. If you think you are good at arcade games let's see if you can beat Amy's score on Galaga. This home is in close proximity to all Anna maria Island beaches and so much more to do in the area.
