When looking for a home for your family to stay here in Florida it’s crucial to have an amazing outdoor screened in pool area for dining, BBQ’s an and games. The pool here is one of the larger ones around and the screened in room is the perfect set up. Within this space you can play the extra large ring toss attached to the house, basketball, Coney Island toss, or even ping pong. One of the best features is the dining area is all covered by roof top for a break from the sun while dining or relaxing. The backyard is also fully fenced in. Inside you have 3 well designed rooms with comfortable bedding and each have its own TV. The kitchen is open concept to both family rooms and indoor dining area. The house is split with one more private bedroom on one side and the other two far away for the privacy your looking for. Located so close to Anna Maria Island beaches this is the perfect location. Garage has a car charger is ready for your use so your vehicle isn’t so hot when you’re ready to leave. Protection from the sun and weather. We are a local couple working hard to help others enjoy this slice of paradise. Please note…. Garage has a car charger for electric vehicles. The pool is heated from 80 to 83°. The outdoor temperature can cause the water to vary and is to be expected.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the house. There were really cool games for our family to play and stay entertained while visiting and the backyard patio is set up to be very relaxing. We really enjoyed this house and would reserve again. The only recommendation is to supply enough wash cloths for the amount of guests for the reservation.
