April Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It offered everything you would need while on vacation. The beach was gorgeous and not crowded for this time of year. The hot tub was a nice treat! The 3 decks allowed for unlimited outdoor seating options to enjoy the view of the beach and the beautiful weather. We will definitely be back!

Great Vacation Spot

Simplify is a beautiful home right on the dune above the beach. The house decor is exceptional as is the view. Beach access is right outside the house, just a few steps up the dune and you are oceanside.

Thanks for the stay!

We hadn’t been to OBX since before Covid pandemic, and it was getting hard to find a place to book once we decided to return. Thankfully the Simplify was available, and it was an awesome stay! So thanks for contributing to our much needed & overdue OBX stay. The place was wonderful!
