The king bedroom and a second room with twins that push together as a king give you flexibility. Full kitchen, Smart TVs throughout, and 1 free parking spot. Two bedrooms with fresh linens. The first has a king bed. The second has 2 twins that can be pushed together to make a king. Both rooms have Smart TVs and closet space.

One full bathroom stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, and essentials.

KITCHEN

Open kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils — fully equipped for cooking at home. Beautiful waterfront views from the kitchen.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Large covered deck overlooking Spa Creek — furnished for outdoor dining and relaxing by the water. Community pool access (Memorial Day – Labor Day), shared dock, and waterfront common areas.

Free parking for 1 car outside the building.

Yacht Club Condominiums in Eastport. Steps from Eastport dining — Boatyard, Adam's on the 4th, Carol's Creek. Walk across the Eastport Bridge to Downtown Annapolis. Under 2 miles to USNA.
