Please put the keys in the keybox on the wall towards the street inside the patio, to the left when you go out of the house.
Please take the electric awning into the wall andturn the aircons off. Please notice the remote control for awning beside main entrance door. Integrated kitchen, open the dishwasher, programs there.
The light upstairs in between the doors to the right when you go out of the kitchen. The chairs to the dining seating in the patio is normally in the cupboard outside on the other side.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
As for Spanish law, we need your IDs and home address before you can get the keys.

Why they chose this property

This neighbourhood in Los Narejos, Los Alcazares is close to a restaurant center, so it is easy to "eat and meet" - but 200 meters distance also gives the privacy needed. Then all generations are represented, many nations too. Supermarkets etc is also near. In addition, it is close enough to a main motorway (AP7) - so access is easy for guests.
It is still silent enough for work-from-home, and close to a golf course, and you can get to the beach during summer and automn months. WIth a short car trip, you can visit natural parks and mountains, but the house itself is in a flat area, ideal for easy biking and moving around.
Then I enjoy that there are locals staying there too - many alternatives only have foreigners, I enjoy the mixture.

What makes this property unique

For me, the special thing is the combination of high, modern standard and being in a real neigbourhood, with families and visitors living together - of all generation. I enjoy the 40 sqm roof terrace, with all facilities. You have options for outside eating in dining areas outside both upstairs and downstairs, or just relax in sofas both places, Or you can enjoy inside, both eating and relaxing in couches. Every square meter inside is used for a purpose, without being overloaded, I hope. With only 46 square meters inside, it is important how to do things. Then I think 46 square meters is more than enough for most visitors to keep track of; few hotel lounges are much bigger! But here you have at least the same area outside for use too, more than most holiday places.
Before I bought this place, I looked around for a year for the perfect holiday house. I hope you will agree that I found the right one.
