2nd stay

This is our second time staying here. The location is close to everything. Like that it is not in downtown Fayettville, but very close. Another great stay!

Wonderful stay

Great location and very nice. We stayed here while we moved our daughter into UA. Easy access to everything. Short distance to the University. Would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay. Close to Fayetteville

Very well kept property, near Fayetteville and not to far to Bentonville. Excellent accommodation for pets. The yard is enormous. Our dogs were able to frolic to their hearts content after days visiting family. The property exceeded our expectations. And we will return when visiting the area

The house is beautiful! The decor and appliances were very nice. There was plenty of space and the bedrooms were very roomy. The rental is the entire upstairs with an apartment below (it seemed like a permanent resident there). The outside deck was nice and the yard was huge! Plenty of space for a dog to roam! There are dogs around, but they were all friendly.

LSU Game in Fayetteville

Online listing did not inform us that there was a lower unit (occupied) below it until we got the check in instruction on the day of. Also there was so much construction we were not aware of that it was not a close drive to the stadium! Our overall stay was wonderful & the property is beautiful & clean! I would stay there again!!!!
