This 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The top floor is designed for gathering and entertaining, featuring a bright and airy great room with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and cozy living room complete with built-in entertainment center. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase sweeping beach views, and sliding doors lead to the oceanfront deck—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails as you take in the sights and sounds of the sea. This level also includes a bedroom with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds (sleeping 4) and a full bathroom.

Downstairs, you will find four additional bedrooms and three full baths. The oceanfront primary suite offers a king bed, private access to the covered deck, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with dual vanities. Another oceanfront room doubles as a second living area, offering a sleeper sofa, large TV, private bath, and deck access—ideal for extra guests or a movie night by the beach. Two more guest rooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed plus a twin trundle, share a full hall bathroom and are located on the street side of the home.

Included: Outdoor shower, WiFi, and and Smart TVs throughout. A linen package is included with your stay (This includes bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats, and kitchen towels). All beds will be made prior to arrival, with the exception of top bunks, sleeper sofas, and trundles—bed sheets are provided for these, but guests will need to make them if they are used.

To make settling in easy, a first-night amenity bag is provided with a starter supply of essentials, including one roll of paper towels, four rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a single-use dishwasher pod, laundry detergent, and a few trash bags. Please note that these items are provided as a starter supply and are not replenished during your stay.

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Each guest group receives a personal access code valid for the duration of their stay, so there’s no need to worry about keys or stopping by an office to check in or out. This home is designed for a safe, stress-free, and contactless experience, allowing you to start relaxing the moment you arrive. A professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.
