FIRST TIME USING VRBO - The "condo" was fine. Did the job perfectly. There was a problem with water draining properly in the tub and sinks. I reached out on our first full day there (of five - we were there for a funeral), and didn't hear back until I returned home. We did not let them know in a VRBO message that there was also a problem with the side (kitchen) door locking properly (when you hit the button, the screen flashed rather than locked - this was problematic because this was the best way into the property and to lock the door, we had to have one of us lock the door from inside, go out the front door and then head to the back of the property where we parked).In the end, this was a great property. Fair price, pretty clean, good location, etc. I would recommend this VRBO highly. My experience may be tainted by never being a VRBO user previously and the water and lock issue. When that is resolved, this is 5 stars. I would stay there again.
